Delivering the skills and insights necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.

Marketing is the engine that drives brand awareness, fosters customer relationships, and ultimately fuels business growth. In today's competitive landscape, effective marketing goes beyond simply promoting products or services. It encompasses the entire customer journey, from understanding their needs and wants to creating and delivering value. By leveraging data and analytics, marketers can tailor their strategies to resonate with specific audiences, building trust and loyalty while achieving strategic goals.

Marketing can be studied as part of several degrees at the 草榴社区n School of Business and Economics.

Our marketing research delves into a wide range of topics, from creating the ideal retail environment to investigating the impact of marketing on healthcare services. Our research extends beyond the local sphere, examining current trends that affect the broader environment. Importantly, our focus extends beyond mere research; we prioritise impact, working closely with businesses, government, community groups and NGOs to effectively communicate research outcomes and learnings, ensuring practical applications and knowledge dissemination.
